#EmployeeSpotlight: meet Kana, a dedicated member of the hashtag#ToliNA team responsible for export operations across the United States, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. From arranging containers to preparing essential shipping documents, Kana ensures smooth and efficient logistics.
What motivates her? Kana finds the most rewarding part of her job to be solving customer problems with attentiveness and empathy. She emphasizes the value of communication, knowing that seamless collaboration is key to handling challenges effectively.
Having lived in Malaysia and Hong Kong from ages 4 to 14, Kana developed a passion for international experiences 🌎 She has always dreamed of working in the U.S. and hopes to visit places like New York and Los Angeles someday… and even catch an National Basketball Association (NBA) game!
